Welcome to the Lower Cape. The area of Cape Cod generally referred to as the "Lower" Cape is also described by many as the Outer Cape. It includes all the towns from Harwich and Brewster to Provincetown... from the elbow of the Cape to its fist. The other Lower Cape Cod (Outer Cape Cod) towns include Chatham, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet and Truro.
