Taking advantage of the fresh ingredients available from the local region's land and waters, Hearth 'n Kettle Partner and Corporate Chef, Richard Catania, has further enhanced these recipes with his culinary skills. A 1979 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Richard has brought a uniqueness to our food unlike anything you would expect in a multi-unit restaurant business. The emphasis is on the blending of traditional recipes with fresh produce, tender chicken, select meats, and Cape Cod fresh seafood.
