 With fewer and fewer opportunities for people to enjoy the simple things in life, the things that bring us joy and make our spirits dance, the Chatham Candy Manor thrives on creating simply excellent confections. Our store has been here for about 45 years, and all that time we have been creating mouth-watering confections and hand-dipped chocolates. Some things have changed. We have electronic scales and cash registers now. And we even have a computer to help us better serve our customers. But our principle-centered commitment to service, growth, and learning hasn't changed and neither have our recipes for chewy, buttery caramel, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate covered butter-crunch, sinfully rich dark chocolate truffles, or smooth, delicious, butter creams. They are still prepared in small batches over an open flame and each piece is still dipped by hand.
